摘 要:
利用锥形量热仪对硼化物处理的人工木材的燃烧性能进行评价研究。结果表明,硼化物对抑制木材点燃、释热、减少失重等效果不理想。虽然随着吸收量的增加木材引燃时间有延长的趋势,但还未达到抑制着火的程度。随着吸药量的增加,释热降低,但仍保持有两个强释热过程;木材平均失重率呈下降的趋势,但不甚明显。阻燃处理后,发烟总量随着吸收量的增加有增加趋势,但均未超过未处理木材。[著者文摘]

Burning Behaviour of Plantation Grown Wood Treated with Boride

Abstract:
The burning behaviour of plantation grown wood (two softwoods and one hardwood) treated with boride (m(H3BO3) : m(Na2B4O7)= 1 : 1) was tested by Cone Calorimeter in this study. The sample size of 100 mm by 100 mm (LT or LR section) by 10mm thick was prepared for fire retardant treatment and the cone calorimeter test. The heated area was on LT or LR section. The heat flux was 50 kW/m^2. The results showed that the boride fire retardant was not satisfactory for retarding ignition, restraining heat release or reducing mass loss. But, the fire retardant treatment was quite effective in reducing smoke generation.[著者文摘]
