废纸屑压制纸屑板的工艺研究

摘 要:
为拓展废纸屑的利用途径,进行以办公室废纸屑压制纸屑板的试验,研究脲醛树脂胶黏剂施胶量、热压工艺参数等对纸屑板性能的影响,并探讨2种纤维(CTMP浆、竹材半化学浆)对纸屑板力学性能的增强作用。结果表明:在正交试验得出的优化工艺条件下,添加30%竹浆时,纸屑板的静曲强度、弹性模量、内结合强度等主要力学性能指标均达到刨花板的国家标准要求。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
To find a new way of making full utilization of recycled office wastepaper,the authors made experiments to determine the feasibility of using it for making paper chipboard. They conducted an orthogonal experiment to analyze the effect of UF resin consumption, as well as hotpressing time, pressure and temperature on the board's mechanical properties. They also chose two kinds of pulps,CTMP and bamboo semi-chemical pulp,as reinforcing fiber to be added to the chips to improve the board properties. The results showed that when adding 30% bamboo semi-chemical pulp(to the absolutely dry chips), 15% resin,pressing temperature of 170℃ ,and pressure of 8 MPa for 480 seconds, the resulting MOR, MOE and IB values met the requirements of the national standard for particleboard.[著者文摘]
