通过差热扫描量热(DSC),分析固化剂加入量和棉秆/杨木的混合比例对UF树脂固化的影响。结果表明,固化剂的加入对UF固化有明显作用,但加入量大于1.5%后影响不再显著;棉秆/杨木混合比例对UF起始固化影响不大,但影响其后续固化——醚键断裂,形成次甲基。棉秆/杨木比例为4:0时反应程度最高,其次为3;1、0:4、1;3,2种原料比例为1:1时反应程度最低。[著者文摘]

Effect of Mixing Ratio of Cotton-stalk/Poplar on UF Resin Curing Process

Abstract:
Using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), an experiment was conducted to determine how the curing process for UF resin could be influenced by adding NH4Cl as a curing agent and various ratios of cotton-stalk to poplar fiber. Results showed that as the,. addition of NH4CI increased, up to a maximum of 1.5~/6 (based on UF resin), the curing rate of UF resin continued to increase. The ratio of cotton stalk to poplar had less effect on the initial curing process for UF resin. However, as the curing process went on, the decomposition of the methylene-ether linkages to methylene-bridges increased. When the ratio of cotton-stalk to poplar was 4 : 0, the reaction rate was the highest ; followed by 3 : 1,0 : 4,1 : 3,and the lowest was 1 : 1.[著者文摘]
