摘 要:
探讨利用废旧刨花板循环制造刨花板的技术。采用高压水煮、水煮、汽蒸和直接粉碎4种方法制备刨花,通过比较刨花的筛分值和压制刨花板的主要物理力学性能,得出最佳的处理方法为水煮。试验压制的一次循环水煮和二次循环水煮刨花板的性能,可分别达到G13/T4897.5-2003和GB/T4897.3-2003的要求。[著者文摘]

Research on Technology for Recycling Waste Particleboards

Abstract:
The authors of this article made a two-step experiment on waste particleboards in order to investigate an effective method and the number of possible times waste particleboards could be recycled. In the first step, four methods of reducing waste particleboards back into particles were used including conventional water boiling, water boiling with high pressure, steaming and direct shattering, and were compared. Tests on particle screening values and recycled particleboard properties showed that water boiling was the best treatment method. Based on the results, the second step was to reuse the recycled particleboard from the water boiling treatment again to make particles also by water boiling. Property tests indicated that the once re-utilized particleboard had qualified performance according to the national standard GB/T 4897.5-2003 for load-bearing boards used in humid conditions. Although the twice re-utilized particleboard had lower properties, it still met the requirements for interior applications according to GB/T 4897.3-2003.[著者文摘]
