平滑娑罗双地板坯料干燥工艺的研究

摘 要:
采用百度试验法对平滑娑罗双木材进行干燥特性研究,提出平滑娑罗双木地板坯料的干燥基准,并进行了工艺试验研究。结果表明,采用本文给出的干燥工艺,22mm厚平滑娑罗双木地板坯料从初含水率41.34%干燥到12.64%,干燥周期为16d,干燥质量完全能满足实木地板的加工要求。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
An experiment was conducted to study the drying characteristics of Shorea laevis by the 100 ℃ test. Based on the results, a drying schedule for S. laevis flooring was attained. A drying trial, according to the drying schedule, showed that it took 16 days to dry 22 mm-thick Shorea laevis lumber from moisture content of 41.34% to 12.64%, and the dried lumber quality met the machining demands for solid flooring.[著者文摘]
