从家具行业专业人才待遇、人才需求、科研开发、高校专业设置和教学体系等方面，分析了导致家具行业人才流失和匮乏的主要原因。指出中国家具行业未来的竞争力是人力资源，只有建立健全专业人才队伍，才能保证我国家具工业的可持续发展。[著者文摘]
