非胶合条件下松木直角榫卯接合的抗拉力

摘  要:

通过拉伸试验研究了非胶合状态下,木材直角榫卯构件配合间隙、榫头长度和榫卯纹理方向等参数,对榫卯连接节点抗拉力的影响。结果表明:木材直角榫卯构件在拉伸过程中的抗拉力-行程曲线可分为2段,即快速线性上升和近似直线缓慢下降段;在一定范围内,构件抗拉力随着过盈配合公差的增加、榫头长度的延长而提高;同等条件下,榫卯纹理方向一致时的抗拉力要高于榫卯纹理方向直交时。[著者文摘]

Withdrawal Strength of Wooden Rectangular Mortise-tenon Joint without Bond

Abstract:

Rectangular mortise and tenon joints are widely used in the furniture industry and wood timber engineering. In this study, the effects of tolerance, embedded length, and grain direction on the pull-out resistance of the rectangular mortise and tenon joint were investigated. The main findings were summarized as follows: 1) The pull-out load vs. pull-out displacement curve of the rectangular mortise and tenon joint consisted of a linearly ascending part and a descending part. 2) The pull-out load was improved by tightening the assembling tolerance within the range without the mortise and tenon joint causing damage during assembly. 3) The pull-out load increased with the increase of the embedded length. However, the maximum Dull-out load was found to be at 35 mm embedment length. 4) The pull-out load along the grain direction was greater than that across the grain direction under the same conditions.[著者文摘]
