摘 要:
从“技术转移”、“自主创新”等理论入手，分析利用跨国家具公司的“技术溢出”效应，阐述在我国家具制造业实施“技术转移”的紧迫性和重要意义。通过回顾外商投资家具企业在我国的发展历程，着重剖析了在我国家具制造业实现“技术转移”存在的主要问题，并提出了推进我国家具制造业“技术转移”的对策建议。[著者文摘]
