新型竹木复合地板的热压工艺及其对质量的影响

摘 要:
采用正交试验对新型结构的竹木复合地板的热压工艺进行试验,分析了因素对新工艺的作用及各个水平之间的差异,探讨了各因素的影响规律。结果表明:热压温度是影响新型竹木复合地板强度的主要因素;采用优化热压工艺压制的地板,具有较高静曲强度和较低翘曲度。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
A new wood-bamboo parquet with two layers (3 mm reconstituted bamboo face and 7 mm high density fiber board as its substrate) was developed. An orthogonal experimental design method was used to investigate effects of three processing parameters (press temperature, pressure, and press time) on the performance of the wood-bamboo parquet. It was found that the press temperature was the dominate parameter and had a significant influence on the mechanical and warping performance of the panels. The results showed that after the process was optimized, the modulus of rupture (MOR) and warping performance all exceeded the performance requirements of the Chinese National Standard GB/T 18103-2000 for parquet.[著者文摘]
