河南省是一个典型的农业大省。农业人口多、农业人口比例高、农业在业劳动力隐性过剩，形成了庞大的农村剩余劳动力群体。农村剩余劳动力转移问题，是一个关系农业、农村、农民的大问题，更是一个关系农村人多地少的矛盾能否缓解、全面建设小康社会能否稳定推进、农业现代化能否顺利实现的全局性重大问题。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Henan province is a typical major agricultural province. A high proportion of the population in agriculture, and agricultural trade surplus labor hidden, has caused a huge surplus of rural labor groups. The transfer of rural surplus labor, is a relationship of agriculture, rural areas and farmers big problems, it is a relationship to the rural people can alleviate conflicts, building a well-off society can promote stability, agricultural modernization success of the overall realization of the major issues.[著者文摘]
