Breakthrough Technology Development Dilemma by Using Information Ecological Concept
Abstract:
This paper argued the choke points of present development in science and technology of our country, then introduced the concept of information ecology that using the top five concepts of information ecology： system concept, interactive concept of balance, the recycling concept and the person held in the use of scientific and technological development,which offered the new thinking in solving the predicament of development in science and technology.[著者文摘]
