摘 要:
采用分光光度法测定了桑天牛幼虫被白僵菌感染后体内主要保护酶活性的变化。结果表明,桑天牛幼虫感染白僵菌后,为抵御白僵菌入侵,体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在接种后初期迅速提高,但在接种后期均出现不同程度下降。其中,SOD、POD在接种后第2天达高峰,而CAT活性在第4天才达高峰,说明在桑天牛幼虫抵御白僵菌侵染的过程中,SOD和POD是首先发生作用的保护酶,CAT是继上述2种酶之后发生作用的酶系;并且POD活性始终高于对照组幼虫,是起主要作用的保护酶。[著者文摘]

Change of Activities of SOD, CAT and POD in Apriona germari Larvae Infected by Beauveria bassiana

Abstract:
The method of spectrophotometry was used to analyse the activities of endogenous enzymes of protective system in Apriona germari larvae parasitized by Beauveria bassiana. The result showed that the activities of SOD, CAT and POD of A. germari were increased at the initial infected stage, while dropped at the later infected stage. The highest activities of SOD and POD occurred at 2 days after inoculation, while CAT was at 4 days after inoculation. The results suggested that SOD and POD play important roles in defending the invasion of B. bassiana and and CAT functions after invasion. The activity of POD was always higher than that of the control, implied an important roles of POD in defending against B. bassiana.[著者文摘]
