春用多丝量家蚕品种“陕蚕六号”的选育

摘 要:
依据成对选育理论，采用杂交、回交、系统分离等育种方法，育成了多丝量中系家蚕品种125M和体质强健、易繁的日系家蚕品种241；选配出适合干旱、半干旱北方蚕区饲养的春用多丝量杂交组合125M·锦6B×241·绫4。经实验室、北方蚕业科研协作区及农村试养联合鉴定和蚕种场试繁表明，该杂交组合具有产量高（张产茧41．8kg，比对照种提高10．2％）、茧丝质优良（解舒率80．51％，洁净94．5分）、强健好养、繁育系数高（公斤茧制种量5．45张）等特点，主要经济性状均达到国家审定标准。新品种定名为陕蚕六号。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Hypersilk geneous Chinese race 125M and physically strong, easy breeding Japanese race 241 have been bred by the methods of hybridization, back cross, pedigree separation based on the breeding pairs theory. A multi-way hybrid combination 125M·Jin6B ×241·Ling4 with hypersilk geneous character for spring rearing was selected through rearings in the north arid and semiarid areas. Laboratory, Northern District sericulture research cooperation, rural multi-level joint identifications and productive reproduction test in silk-worm producing station showed that the hybrid has the characters of high cocoon yield （41.8kg per box of eggs, increased by 10.2%）, high silk quality （ Reelability 80.51%, Neatness 94.5 point）, strong and healthy, high propagation coefficient （5.45 boxes per kg cocoons）. The main economic characters have reached state approval standards and it was named as Shancan No. 6.[著者文摘]
