家蚕雌蛾体中雌二醇含量的影响因素研究

摘 要:
用放射免疫法研究了家蚕雌蛾体中雌二醇（estradiol，E2）含量在品种、蛾龄、饲养季节间的变化规律等。结果表明：家蚕雌蛾体富含雌二醇，其含量在蚕品种间存在显著差异，在供试的17个品种中，雌蛾体内E2含量相差2．34倍；在刚羽化至自然死亡的不同蛾龄间，随蛾龄增大，E2含量逐渐增加，至自然死亡前一天达最高值，死亡后又下降；不同饲养季节间雌蛾体的E2含量是春蚕蛾〉秋蚕蛾〉夏蚕蛾；交配对雌蛾体的E2含量无明显影响。[著者文摘]

Influence Factors on Estradiol Contents in Female Moth of Silkworm, Bombyx mori

Abstract:
Influence of different varieties, growth stage and rearing season on estradiol contents in female silkworm moth were investgated in this paper by radioimmunoassay method. The results revealed that there were rich estradiol in female silkworm moth, and the contents was obviously different among 17 varieties, and that the contents in the highest variety was 2.34 times as that of the lowest variety. From the newly-emergence to natural death, the estradiol contents was gradually increased, and the peak was achieved on the day before death, thenafter the contents was gradually decreased. The order of estradiol contents in different rearing seasons was. spring rearing season 〉 autumm rearing season 〉 summer rearing season.[著者文摘]
