家蚕幼虫蛋白水解液的研制及其降血糖效果初探

摘  要:

基于进一步开发利用家蚕调节血糖之保健功效的目的,取5龄第3天家蚕幼虫,用胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶消化,超滤后制成家蚕幼虫蛋白水解液。用新方法制备的家蚕幼虫蛋白水解液中氨基酸与其干物质的质量分数为36.64%,对肠α-葡萄糖糖苷酶活力的抑制率为家蚕裂解后未水解产物的94%,而尿酸含量较蚕粉降低了80.5%。用家蚕幼虫蛋白水解液饲喂小鼠,典型Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型小鼠的空腹血糖浓度和餐后2h血糖浓度分别降低了16.73%和41.1%,轻度Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型小鼠和高糖高蛋白高脂肪食物喂养小鼠的血糖浓度(禁食6h)分别降低了15.5%和10.3%。研究结果表明,家蚕幼虫蛋白水解液不但营养丰富,而且是一种理想的血糖调节剂。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

Here we reported the preparation of a new hydrolyzate from silkworm larvae and its effect on lowering blood-glucose in mice. Using combination methods of digestion with pepsin and trypsin and superfiltration, the hydrolyzate was prepared from larvae at the 3^rd day of 5^th instar, The product prepared here was a good diet, in which the content of amino-acides (peptide) reached to 36.64% of dry weight, 94% of inhibitory rate of α-glucosidase in silkworm was saved and 80.5% of uric acid was wiped off. After administration of the hydrolyzate in drinking water, the blood glucose level lowering rates were 16. 73% (fast) and 41. 1% (post- prandial 2 h) in high-grade hypertension Ⅱ mice, 15.5% in low-grade hypertension Ⅱ mice and 10.3% in mice fed on high sucrose/ protein/fat diet, respectively. The results showed that the hydrolyzate developed was nutritious and effective on lowering blood-glucose.[著者文摘]
