摘 要:
面对空袭体系的不断发展，正确评定防空体系的作战效能是亟待解决的问题。针对现代空袭体系的3个主要特点，防空体系和防空导弹根据不同的作战任务可以形成4个不同的效能评估准则，详细论述了现代空袭体系对这些效能评估准则的影响。通过分析得出空袭中断确信度准则更能体现“攻势防御”这一当前防空作战的主要思想，但它同时也对防空体系提出了更高的要求。[著者文摘]

Influence of Modern Air Attack System on Operational Effectiveness Evaluation Rule of Sea Air Defense System

Abstract:
With the development of air attack system, the problem of assessing operational effectiveness of air defenee system is hot. Three primary characteristic of modern air attack system are summarized. Based on different operational mission, air defence system and air defence missile can form four different evaluation rule of efficiency. The influence of modern air attack on evaluation rule is particularly discussed, the result shows that the rule of air attack interrupt incarnates the thought of offensive recovery but most requirements are put forward at the same time.[著者文摘]
