摘 要:
细胞内pH值(pHi)增高是许多耐药肿瘤的共同特点,其结果引起肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性下降,降低药物疗效。通过对pHi的调节,可纠正细胞内碱化,逆转肿瘤耐药。Na^+-H^+交换蛋白(Na^+/H^+exchanger,NHE)抑制剂可通过抑制NHE的活性调节pHi,为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的思路和手段。[著者文摘]

The relationship between tumor intracellular pH and tumor multiple drug resistance

Abstract:
The elevation of tumor intracellular pH(pHi) is the common character of tumor multiple drug resistance(MDR),which makes the tumor insensitive to chemotherapeutics and decreases the therapeutic effect.The reverse of tumor MDR can be achieved by regulating the pHi.The pHi can be regulated by the inhibition of Na^+/H^+ exchanger,which provides a new approach to tumor treatment.[著者文摘]
