蒸汽爆破预处理条件对麦草酶水解影响的研究

摘 要:
在预处理温度分别为190℃和210℃,停留时间分别为2、4、8min的条件下,分析不同预处理条件对麦草原料得率、半纤维素组分、纤维素的回收率、纤维素的酶水解得率产生的影响。研究结果表明,随着预处理条件的加剧,汽爆原料的得率呈下降趋势,而纤维素和半纤维素组分的溶解程度提高,酶水解得率相应提高。在温度为190℃,停留时间为2min的条件下,汽爆麦草原料得率和纤维素回收率最高,分别达到80.7%和57.6%;在温度为210℃,停留时间为8min的条件下,汽爆麦草原料的纤维分离程度最佳,并且纤维素的酶水解得率最高,达到72.4%。[著者文摘]

Influences of Steam Explosion Pretreatment for Bioconversion of Wheat Straw to Ethanol

Abstract:
Under the conditions of 190℃ and 210℃ for temperature 2, 4, 8 minute for residence time, the effects of different pretreatment conditions on the rate of wheat straw raw materials, hemicellulose composition, cellulose recovery, yield of enzymatic hydrolusis of cellulose were studied. The results showed that steam explosion in the rate of raw materials decrease while solubility of cellulose and hemicellulose and enzymatic hydrolysis yield of cellulose increase as pretreatment severity increase. Pretreatment condition of 190℃ temperature and 8 minute residence time resulted in the highest total gravimetric recovery and cellulose recovery, 80.7% and 57. 6%, respectively. The optimum defiberation and enzymatic hydrolusis yield, 72. 4%, occurred under the condition of 210℃temperature and 8 minute residence time.[著者文摘]
