摘 要:
基于As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)电化学氢化物发生效率的差异,采用选择性还原方法,建立了电化学氢化物发生与原子吸收光谱联用技术进行无机砷价态分析的方法,在优化的电解电流条件下,As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)检出限分别为0.5μg/L和0.9μg/L。该方法用于茶叶中微量无机砷的价态分析,样品加标回收率为97%-105%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Based on the significant difference of hydride generation efficiency between As ( Ⅲ ) and As ( Ⅴ ). And set up inorganic arsenic species in tea by the electrochemical hydride generation coupled to atomic absorption spectrometry was developed with selective electrochemical reduction. Under the optimum conditions, the methodology develpoped provided the detection limits of 0.5 and 0.9 μg/L for As ( Ⅲ ) and As ( Ⅴ ).
