摘 要:
盆栽条件下,通过人工控制土壤水分研究不同种源地的6种乌拉尔甘草幼苗对干旱胁迫的生理响应,并用隶属函数法对其进行抗旱性的综合评价。结果表明:甘草叶片的相对电导率和脯氨酸含量随着土壤含水量的降低而增加,根系活力以及抗氧化酶活性则表现为先增后降。各种指标变化幅度因甘草种源的不同而不同。不同种源甘草的抗旱能力依次为:来自内蒙古中部伊盟杭锦旗和鄂托克前旗的01、02号甘草的抗旱性最强,其次为来自赤峰的03号和04号甘草,而来自新疆的05号和06号甘草的抗旱性较差。[著者文摘]

Effect of drought stress on physiological characteristics of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. from different provenances and analysis on drought-resistance in seedling stage

Abstract:
The drought-resistance of six varieties of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.. accessions from different provenances was studied under the conditions of artificial drought stress through measuring morphological indexes and physiological indexes related to drought resistance, and then valued integratively with subordinate function. The result showed that the relative elective conductivity and proline content would increase when soil relative water content descended. Root vigor and antioxidant activities would increase firstly, and then descend in the same condition. By subordinate function analysis, we could conclude that No. 1 and No. 2 accession from central region of Inner Mongolia have higher drought resistance, then followed by No. 3 and No. 4 from east region of Inner Mongolia. The resistance of No. 5 and No. 6 from Xinjiang was the lowest.[著者文摘]
