摘  要:

塑料激光焊接技术是一种方兴未艾的非接触焊接技术。同其它焊接方法相比,它具有非接触、不透气、不漏水、焊接速度快、精度高、焊缝强度高、无飞边、无残渣、无振动、热应力最小、易于控制、灵活性好、适应性好等诸多优点。塑料激光焊接技术主要应用于医疗器械、电子元器件、汽车零部件、纺织品、包装工业。本文概述了塑料激光焊接的原理、基本要求、焊接性、激光源、焊接方法、优点、应用和最新进展。[著者文摘]

Laser welding technology of plastics is a non-contact welding technology currently in the ascendant, which offers a large number of advantages compared to other welding methods, such as non-contact, airtight, watertight, high weld speed, precise, strong, no flash or debris, vibration-free, minimal thermal stress, highly controllable, flexible and adaptable, etc. These advantages attainable with laser welding make it suitable for use in medical devices, electronics, automotive components, textiles, packaging industry.
