摘 要:
本文采用过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钢氧化还原体系低温引发醋酸乙烯酸乳液聚合,分别讨论了聚合温度、单体用量、十二烷基硫酸钢(SDS)用量、过硫酸铵用量、亚硫酸氢钢用量等因素对聚醋酸乙烯酯粘均相对分子质量的影响。通过调节单体浓度、SDS浓度、过硫酸铵浓度、亚流酸氢钢浓度和聚合温度,合成出高相对分子质量的聚醋酸乙烯酯,用GPC法对其进行表征,粘均相对分子质量为1.07×10^6,相对分子质量分布为2.75。[著者文摘]

Synthesis of high molecular weight poly (vinyl acetate) using emulsion polymerization method
Abstract:
The emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate using ammonium persulfate / sodium bisulfate as redox initiator was studied in this article. The effects of temperature, monomer concentration, sodium dodecyl sulfate concentration, ammonium persulfate concentration and sodium bisulfate concentration on the molecular weight of PVAc were also investigated. Under suitable concentration of the above solutions and temperature,/ugh viscosity molecular weight PVAc of 1.07×10^6 with molecular weight disperse of 2.75 with GPC method was synthesized.[著者文摘]
