摘  要:

研究用共沉淀法合成Fe3O4纳米颗粒,并系统考察了反应溶液的起始pH、处理温度和处理时间等因素对其晶粒纯度和尺寸的影响。同时研究了有机物包覆和乙醇-水反应体系制备产品。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对合成的纳米微粒的粒径、结构进行了检测。显示得到产物为晶粒生长完全的Fe3O4,平均粒度为14nm。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

Fe3O4 nanoparticles were analyzed by co-precipitation method, where the effects of the process factors such as initial pH, temperature, time of treatment on the crystal purity and size of the prepared particles were investigated. At the same time, the influence of organic compound covering products and the system of ethanol- water were studied. The structure and particle size of the nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). It was shown that the products were perfect grown crystal nanoparticles Fe3O4 with the average particle size of about 14 nm.[著者文摘]
