摘 要:
内部汽化法是一种新的中药提取方法,文章考察了影响内部汽化法提取牡荆总黄酮的主要因素,在单因素实验的基础上,选取解吸剂用量、解吸时间、热提剂用量和热提时间4个因素进行正交实验,最后确定了内部汽化法提取牡荆总黄酮的最优提取工艺,结果表明,最佳工艺为用固液比为1:7的60%乙醇溶液解吸15min,再用固液比1:20的L20%乙醇溶液热提15min,提取率高达6.75%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The inner ebullition is a new extraction method to chinese durgs. The inner ebullition extracting processing of total flavones in Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifolia (Sieb.et Zucc.) Hand.-Mazz was studied according to the orthogonal design in the paper. The effect of each factor such as the quantity of desorption, the time of desorption and the quantity of hot-extracted, the time of extracted were investigated based on single-factor experiment. Then through the orthogonal experiments the results showed that 1 : 7 of 60 % alcohol to the solid weigh ratio to liquid was desorpted for 15 min, then 1 : 20 of 20 % alcohol to the solid weigh ratio to liquid was hot-extracted for 15 min, the extraction rate was as high as 6.75 %.[著者文摘]
