摘 要:
在使用国标GB／T5009．59—2003对食品包装用聚苯乙烯树脂挥发物进行测定时，发现该实验方法存在重现性差的问题，样品在溶解操作过程中，玻璃棒容易粘附样品而损失样品质量；样品在低压真空，温度在138～140℃干燥过程中容易起泡、暴沸喷出，造成实验失败。通过对国标GB／T5009．59—2003的几点改进，让样品自然溶解、适当加大烧杯、使用超声波适当处理样品浓稠溶液等方法大大提高了实验的重显性和成功率。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
In the determination of volatile compounds of ployethethylene resin for food packaging in GB/T 5009.59-2003, it exited some shortcomes on the method. Repeatability of the test results was low, the samples lost its qualityies easily when they were stirred and adhered on the glass stick, the test was caused failure because the samples bubbled and bursted forth easily during the dry proceeding at the condition of low air pressure and temperature about 138-140℃. While several emendatory suggestions on GB/T 5009.59-2003 were introduced, the repeatability and successful rates were improved largely, such as the samples dissolving naturally, enlarging beaker properly, dealing with concentrated solution of the samples with the ultrasonic instrument and so on.[著者文摘]
