摘 要:
为开发臭氧氧化结合化学吸收同时脱除多种污染物技术,对石灰石吸收脱除臭氧氧化产物(SOx和NOx)的吸收反应机理进行了研究,应用气液固平衡理论对SOx和NO。在石灰石浆液中的吸收特性进行了分析,结果表明烟气中CO2对SOx和NOx吸收的影响可以忽略,并得到浆液在吸收容量所能承受的最大气液比M.当[CaCO3]-0.05mol/1,临界点M-600~700;当[CaCO3]—0.1mol/1,临界点M-1200-1300;当[CaCO3]-0.15mol/1,临界点M=1900-2000.[著者文摘]

Abstract:
A technology developed in depth for eliminating of various pollution (NOx & SOx) by means of ozone oxidation integrated simultaneously with chemical absorption in scrubber as well as their reaction mechanism are thoroughly investigated. Based on gas-liquid-solid equilibrium theory the absorption properties of NOx & SOx in limestone slurry has been analyzed. Consequently, it is shown that the effect of CO2 to SOx & NOx absorption can be neglected and the relation between the maximum G/L ratio and CaCO3 concentration are obtained. When CaCO3 concentration is equal to 0.05, 0. 1 or 0.15 mol/l, the critical G/L ratio is plotted in range of 600-700, 1200-1300 or 1900-2000, respectively.[著者文摘]
