摘 要:
研究了前体物质和碳氮源补加策略对钝齿棒杆菌Corynebacterium crenatumSYAN7发酵生产L-精氨酸的影响。结果表明,发酵24h后添加前体物质谷氨酸,以初始硫酸铵质量浓度20g/L,分别于24、48h补加20g/L硫酸铵的补氮方式,和以初始葡萄糖质量浓度100g/L,分别于24、48、72h均匀添加葡萄糖,使总糖质量浓度达175g/L的补碳方式,摇瓶发酵96h后,L-精氨酸产量最高达37.8g/L。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The effect of precursor and C & N source feeding strategy on L-Arginine production by Corynebacterium crenatum SYAN7 was studied. The results showed that the yield of L-Arginine was increased to 37. 8 g/L by the combination of the fee.cling glutamic acid after 24 h, the feeding (NH4)2SO4in 24 h (20 g/L) and 48 h (20 g/L) with the initial (NH4)2SO4 concentration 20 g/ L, the feeding glucose in 24 h, 48 h and 72 h till the total glucose 175 g/L with the initial glucose concentration 100 g/L.[著者文摘]
