地锦叶片正丁醇提取物的抑菌作用

摘 要:
地锦[Parthenocissus tricuspidata(Sieb.et Zucc.)Planch.],又名爬山虎、爬墙虎、地噤、常春滕、红葡萄藤、走游藤、枫藤、红葛、三叶茄等,为葡萄科(Vitaceae)爬山虎属(Patrhenocissus Planch)多年生木质落叶藤本。共有13个种,我国有10种,其中1种由北美引入栽培。地锦枝条粗壮,多分支,先端具粘性吸盘,具有强大的吸附和攀缘能力,能牢固地吸附在岩石、墙壁等物体向上攀缘伸展,因而得名爬山虎。在没有攀附物时,它的茎叶在地面蔓生,宛如锦被盖地,故又称地锦。地锦生长迅速,集观赏、绿化、药用价值于一身,是一种具有巨大潜在开发利用价[第一段]

Antimicrobial Activity from Parthenocissus of n-butanol Extract tricuspidata Leaves

Abstract:
The n-butanol extract from Parthenocissus tricuspidata leaves were examined for antimicrobial activity against five microbes by using filter paper method. The results showed that the extract restrained the growth of Escherichia coli ,Agrobacterium tumefaciens ,Bacillus subitilis and Bacillus pumilus ,while inhibited the growth of yeast at a certain extent. And the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were 0.25,0.3,0.25,0.3,1.0 g · mL^- 1 respectively. Moreover the n-butanol extract also could restrained some bacterium strains, which had antibiotic resistances. After heated at 95 ℃ for 2-3 h, the n-butanol extract from P. tricuspidata leaves still presented strong bacteriostasis to germs. This result indicated that the substance had heat-stability.[著者文摘]
