野生花卉多花胡枝子种子萌发特性

摘 要:
多花胡枝子（Lespedeza floribunda Bunge．）属豆科胡枝子属（Lespedeza）多年生落叶小灌木，花冠紫色、紫红色或蓝紫色，花色艳丽，花期（6-9月）较长，且花期正值春花凋零，夏花不多之际，可作为良好的晚春及夏季观花灌木。除观赏价值外，多花胡枝子枝条细软，适口性良好，具有良好的饲用价值。此外，多花胡枝子的主根发达，深入土壤可达2m左右，根部延伸在山坡的砾石薄层土壤中，有护坡防止冲刷的作用，是一种理想的防风固沙和水土保持植物；同时，其侧根着生大量根瘤，可以固氮，有改良土壤的作用。[第一段]

Germination Test of Wild Ornamental Species Lespedeza floribunda

Abstract:
Germination of Lespedeza floribunda Bunge. seeds was studied in order to provide cultivation and application in gardening and landscaping. Results indicated that the seeds of forcing dormancy that was caused by hard seed vessels. The dormancy floribunda had the characteristic of could be released by soaking in hot water and by sulphuric acid treatment. The most appropriate treatment time was 10-30 min, resulting in average germination rate（96% ）,average germination power（82.53% ）and average germination index（17.54）. The optimum germination temperature was 25℃ and the germination rate, germination power and germination index was 95%, 81%, 22.95 respectively after treated by sulphuric acid for 20 min.[著者文摘]
