四川4个地方山羊品种(群体)MHC—DRB3外显子2的多态性

摘 要:
采用Taq Ⅰ、Pst Ⅰ和Hae Ⅲ限制性内切酶对四川4个地方山羊品种(群体)GoLA—DRB3基因第二外显子的特异性扩增产物进行消化。结果表明:山羊GoLA—DRB。第二外显子多态性极丰富,在122,154,168,220,241位点的碱基且为多碱基突变;X^2适合性检验表明金堂黑山羊和富顺黑山羊GoLA—DRB。基因的第二外显子第122位点的碱基突变未达到Hardy—Weinberg平衡状态;4个山羊品种(群体)在第241位点的碱基突变均已达到Hardy—Weinberg平衡状态;金堂黑山羊、成都麻羊和乐至黑山羊在Hae Ⅲ酶切位点均未达到Hardy—Weinberg平衡状态。[著者文摘]

Polymorphisms of GoLA- DRB3 exon 2 in 4 populations of sichuan local goats

Abstract:
PCR products of GoLA -DRB3 exon 2 were digested with three restriction endonueleases, Taq Ⅰ ,Pst Ⅰ and Hae Ⅲ in present study. The results demonstrated extensive polymogphisms of GoLA - DRB3 locus at position 122,154,168,220,241 in 4 Sichuan local goat populations investigated. Statistical results revealed that the polymorphism site at position 241 in all populations and position 154,168,220 in Fushun black goat population fitted with Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium.[著者文摘]
