复合钻井防斜打快技术研究与应用

摘  要:

在对复合钻井防斜打快机理进行研究的基础上,利用专门的复合钻井导向力计算分析软件SABHA研究了井斜角、稳定器间距、钻压和螺杆弯角等主要结构参数对复合钻井合导向力的影响,设计了Ф444.5mm和Ф311.2mm井眼复合钻井防斜打快钻具组合,并在东海某区块进行了现场试验。复合钻井防斜打快技术不仅可以在直井钻进中实现防斜打快目的,而且可以实现定向井轨迹的连续控制,并且能够大幅度提高钻井速度,减少起下钻次数。复合钻井防斜打快技术在海上油田具有广阔的应用前景。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

On basis of the study on mechanism of deviation control and fast drilling in the coupled driven drilling technology and by use of software SABHA specialized for calculation of steering force, the main parameters, such as hole deviation angle, stabilizer space, weight on bit, screw bend angle, have been studied for their effects on the steering force, the BHA has been designed respec- tively for drilling of Ф 444. 5mm and Ф 311.2mm holes, and the field test was conducted in a block in the East China Sea. The coupled driven drilling technology can not only reach the goal of deviation control and fast drilling of vertical well but also realize the continue path control of directional well. Moreover, this technology can increase the penetration rate, decrease the trips and shorten drilling period effectively, so that it has the wide prospect of application in offshore oil fields.[著者文摘]
