PEG渗调处理对不同成熟度高羊茅种子活力的影响

摘 要:
以不同成熟度(盛花期后3d、9d、14d、20d)的高羊茅种子为材料,研究了在渗调温度15℃、浓度10%和渗调72h和120h条件下,聚乙二醇(PEG)渗调处理对高羊茅种子活力的影响。结果表明,PEG渗调处理对室温贮藏5年的高羊茅种子效果显著,其发芽势、标准发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数显著提高(P≤0.01),种苗质量得到改善,其中以PEG渗调浓度为10%、处理时间120h的效果最好,各项指标优于PEG渗调浓度10%、渗调时间72h的处理。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The seeds vigor of festuca arundinacea in different developments is used to study the effect of PEG priming on the seed vigor of festuca arundinacea. The results indicate that the standard germination percentage, germination rate and vigor index of tall rescue seeds stored for five years in room temperature are significantly improved( P≤0.01 ) after they are primed. The optimal PEG priming condition is the PEG concentration of 10 % and time of 120h, at 15 ℃. The seeds vigor is higher than that of seeds primed by the PEG concentration of 10 % and time of 72h at 15 ℃. PEG could improve the seed vigor indexes and seedling growth.[著者文摘]
