利用菌落PCR—DGGE快速鉴定盐渍土壤菌种多样性

摘 要:
利用菌落PCR方法,结合DGGE的检测方法,对所保存的87份盐生菌的培养物进行了多样性检测,初步研究显示至少有31株不同的菌种,表明新疆盐生环境存在较为丰富的菌种资源,同时表明菌落PCR结合DGGE技术为细菌鉴定和菌种保藏过程中重复菌株的去除提供了一种快速可靠的手段。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
In this paper, the combination of bacterial colony PCR and denaturing gradient electrophoresis were used in the microbial diversity analysis of 87 halo inhabited bacterial culture collections. The results showed the recovered 87 culture collections contain at least 31 different strains, which confirmed that the combination of colony PCR and DGGE is a reliable and time -conserved approach to eliminate the repetitive strains in bacterial identification and strain conservation. The results showed there was great microbial diversity in salt -soil in Xinjiang.[著者文摘]
