摘 要:
社会法的研究是近年法学研究的热点，但到底什么是社会法？社会法的体系有哪些？各国学者从不同的视角研究，得出不同的观点和结论。在目前我国，如何构建社会法体系，完善我国的社会立法是一个急迫的问题。本文将从对社会法概念的界定人手，并从各国社会法体系的借鉴分析中，进而构建我国的社会法体系。[著者文摘]
