摘 要:
沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus.(Maxim)Cheng.f)为我国西北荒漠区唯一的常绿灌木,具有极强的抗性。本文对低温、干旱和盐胁迫下沙冬青幼苗中脯氨酸积累的变化进行研究,以期探讨不同胁迫下脯氨酸累积的共性和特异性,为进一步探讨逆境下脯氨酸积累的生理意义提供参考。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
As the unique evergreen shrub in the desert of Northwest of China, Ammopiptanthus mongolicus has strong resistant capability. The effects of chilling, drought and salt stress on proline accumulation in seedlings of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus were studied to discuss the commonness and differences of these stresses, to further explore the physiological significance of proline accumulation under the adversities.[著者文摘]
