东北红豆杉扦插育苗试验

摘 要:
东北红豆杉是优良的园林绿化和珍稀药用树种。扦插繁殖育苗试验结果表明：ABT1号生根粉促进生根的作用优于a-奈乙酸，以80×10^-6 -120×10^-6的处理效果为最佳，生根率分别达到94．2％和95．6％。适宜的扦插基质为油砂土和腐熟草炭土，在油砂土中生根率较高，而腐熟草炭土更有利于根系和当年新梢生长。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Taxus cuspidata is an excellent landscaping and rare medicinal species. Cuttage test results showed that： ABT1 rooting powder with 80 × 10^-6 - 120 × 10^-6 was better than a - Chennai acid, which reached 94.2% and 95.6% of rooting rate. Suitable cutting madium are oil sand and maturity peat soil, to adopt oil sand could make higher rooting rate, and maturity peat soil that is more conducive to root and shoot growth.[著者文摘]
