21世纪是高度信息化的社会，管理信息已成为企业管理、决策的重要依据。我国幅员广阔，区域经济和各类企业的发展很不平衡，盲目追求管理信息系统的快速发展是不现实的。企业管理信息系统的发展应按我国的国情和实际需要，循序渐进，顺其自然地发展。[著者文摘]
