摘 要:
研究3种植物生长调节剂GA3(赤霉素)、KT(激动素)、PP333(多效唑)对蒟蒻薯Tacca chantrieri花序的发育及开花的影响。150mg/L及100mg/L的GA3、100mg/L及50mg/L的KT和150mg/L的GA3和KT混合溶液,与对照比较使花期分别提前5d、9d、15d、4d与2d,花茎明显增长。500mg/LPP333处理,花期提前4d。高浓度的生长调节剂(300mg/L、500mg/L和600mg/L)使花序畸形。[著者文摘]

The Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Flowering of Tacca chantrieri

Abstract:
The effect of three growth regulators GA3、KT and PP333 on inflorescence development and flowering of Tacca chantrieri was studied. GA3 50mg/L, 100mg/L,KT 100mg/L,50mg/L and compound of GA3 and KT 150mg/L accelerated the lengths of inflorescences and flowering of the inflorescence by 5,9,15,4 and 2days respectively as compared to the controls. PP333 500mg/L accelerated the lengths of inflorescences and flowering of the inflorescence by 4days. Higher rates of growth regulators (300mg/L.500mg/L 和 600mg/L) can cause abortion of inflorescence.[著者文摘]
