基于ADAMS的反铲工作装置优化设计研究

摘 要:
利用ADAMS软件中的参数化建模与分析功能,建立并校核WZ30-25挖掘装载机的挖掘工作装置参数化模型。以挖掘作业过程中,工作油缸力最大值最小化和控制液压油缸行程为优化目标,将挖掘工作装置分为铲斗机构、斗杆机构和动臂机构三部分依次优化,对挖掘工作装置机构的各铰接点位置进行了优化设计。[著者文摘]

Optimization Design of Backhoe Equipment Based on ADAMS

Abstract:
A variable model for the backhoe of WZ30-25 was established and adjusted by using ADAMS software. The backhoe working equipment were divided into the bucket mechanism, the pole mechanism and the arm mechanism ,which were optimized by turns with two optimization objectives, including the maximal drive force of hydraulic cylinder and the distance of hydraulic cylinder travel. Optimization design to all articulated fulcrums initial position was achieved.[著者文摘]
