摘 要:
在测量不确定度管理模式(PUMA)的基础上,分析了测量不确定度管理工具开发中涉及的两个主要关键技术:一是测量不确定度分析技术;二是PUMA数据库和信息管理技术。在分析了测量不确定度影响因素来源的基础上,进一步探讨了测量不确定度影响因素的分析方法。在研究了开放式数据库的设计方法和接口技术的基础上,提出了PUMA数据库管理系统的基本结构,并分别具体分析了PUMA基础数据库和规则库的构成,给出了相应的实例。[著者文摘]

Discussion of Key Technology in Exploiture of the Measurement Uncertainty Management Tool

Abstract:
On the basis of measurement uncertainty mode of PUMA, this paper studied and probed the two important key technology that involve in the developing of the measurement uncertainty management tool. The first is analysis technique of measurement uncertainty, on the basis of analyzed the source of the factor of measurement uncertainty, and advanced the method of analyzing the factor of measurement uncertainty. The second is PUMA database and information management technology, on the basis of studied the method of open database and interface technology, advanced the basic structure of PUMA database and information management system, and analyzed the structure of PUMA basic database and regularity database concretely, and given relevant examples.[著者文摘]
