科技成果转化风险识别及其风险效应的数学模型

摘 要:
基于风险管理理论，分析了科技成果转化的风险特征，建立了科技成果转化风险识别的指标体系，研究了风险客观存在的效应机制，构建了风险诱惑效应、约束效应及其平衡模型。针对风险的模糊性，提出了一种风险模糊测度的新方法，结合实证说明其有效性和可靠性。模型的建立对科技成果转化风险管理具有重要指导意义。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
This paper based on the theory of risk management and analyses the risk characteristic of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Its indexes system of the risk identification were established. The effect mechanism of risk objective being was studied. Effects of risk attractiveness and constraint and the model of risk balance were founded. A new method of risk measure was provided for the fuzzy properties of the risk, and their effectiveness and reliance were illustrated with the living example. These models has some important guiding significance on the risk management of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.[著者文摘]
