目前，在实践中，司法机关对贿赂犯罪的打击仍然存在“一手硬，一手软”的现象。从查处行贿犯罪的重要性和必要性出发，分析查处行贿犯罪的障碍，并在此基础上提出一些对策、建议。[著者文摘]
