论现代大学制度建构的人性假设基础

摘  要:

制度建构的主体是人,制度最终所要保障和约束的也是人。因此,任何一种制度的建构都离不开对人的本质的认识。然而,由于对人性认识的有限性以及对人性假设与大学制度建构之间辩证关系研究的不足,使得大学制度的建构与社会发展之间产生断裂,从而导致了大学制度运行中的无序与失效问题的产生。通过对制度建构与人性假设之间的辩证关系为研究的切入点,揭示导致制度无序与失效的深层次根源,为社会转型时期现代大学制度的建构提供路径支持。[著者文摘]

Abstract:

The main body of the system construction is human being, at the same time, the system finally safeguard and restrain human beings. Therefore, any construction of the system can't be separated from the understanding of humanity's essence. However, because of the limited understanding of humanity and the insufficient study of relationship between human nature hypothesis and university system construction, the break was appeared between university system and social development. All of this caused the disorder and expiration during the movement of the system. This research tries to study the dialectical relationship between humanity and the system in order to find some enlightens.
