摘 要:
磴口县近70％的土地为沙漠，长期以来该县在治理沙漠方面做了大量的工作，但收效甚微。文章在分析以往治沙经验教训的基础上，结合磴口县的土壤、气候等资源特点和当前的市场需求，提出用绿色、特色和体制创新的措施发展壮大沙产业．通过发展沙产业来实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的有机统一，为治沙工作探索新的途径。[著者文摘]
