中草药肉苁蓉和黄芪对猪早期胚胎体外发育的影响

摘 要:
利用猪体外受精的胚胎进行研究,比较了在培养基NCSU-23中添加中药成分肉苁蓉和黄芪对早期胚胎发育的影响,实验证明:(1)培养液中添加体积比0.10%的肉苁蓉和0.10%的黄芪,肉苁蓉添加组囊胚率(15.76%)显著高于空白组(9.26%)(P〈0.05),黄芪添加组囊胚率(10.09%)与空白组(9.26%)差异不显著(P〉0.05),表明肉苁蓉能够显著促进早期胚胎发育。(2)肉苁蓉添加浓度(V/V)为0.05%和0.10%时,囊胚率(17.02%和16.75%)显著高于空白组(0)(P〈0.01)和0.15%组(8.94%)(P〈0.05)。(3)培养液在2细胞期添加0.10%中药肉苁蓉,囊胚发育率(13.81%)显著高于4细胞期(7.53%)(P〈0.05),比卵裂之前添加肉苁蓉(13.67%)稍高,但差异不明显(P〉0.05)。[著者文摘]

Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine-cistanche and Radix Astragali on the Development of Early IVF Embryo

Abstract:
The effect of Cistanche and Radix Astragali on the development of early IVF embryo was studied, the result suggested that, (1)The blatocysterate (15.76%) of the embryos cultured in the medium containing 0.10%(V/V) Cistanche and 0.10%(V/V)Radix Astragali was higer than that of the embryos cultured in the medium without Traditional Chinese Medicine markedly(9.26%)(P〉0.05), and it was also a little higher than that of the embryos cultured in the medium containing Radix Astragali (10.09%)(P〉0.05).(2)The blatocyst rates of the embryos culture d in the medium containing 0.05% and the medium containing 0.10%(V/V)Cistanche (17.02% & 16.75%) were higher notablely than those of the embryos cultured in the medium containing 0.15%(V/V)Cistanche (0%)(P〈0.01) or the medium containing no Cistanche(8.94%)(P〈0.05).(3)The blatocyst rate of the embryos transferred into the medium containing 0.01%(V/V)Cistanche at 2-cell time (13.81%) was significantly higher than that at 4-cell time (7.53%)(P〈0.05) and it was also a litter higher than that before cleavage (13.67%) (P〉0.05).[著者文摘]
