摘 要:
介绍了我国第一条国产化涤纶细旦薄型纺粘热轧非织造布生产线。该生产线的创新集中体现在整板式细旦高效纺丝箱体、整幅双狭缝正压气流牵伸装置、宽幅薄型产品均匀成网装置的研制以及电控设计等方面，具有工艺先进、无污染、流程短、投资省、产品成本低和经济效益好的特点。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The first domestic PET fine denier fiber spunbond/thermalbond nonwoven line which manufacture thin type of products was introduced. The innovation of the line mainly included research on the whole plate type of fine denier spinning beam with high efficiency , the full width double-narrow gap air flow drawing equipment with positive pressure, wide width uniform layer equipment for thin type of products and design on electric controlling.
