摘 要:
如何引导大一新生调适心理，转换角色，重新定位，自主自律，探索新方法，融入新团队，打造新形象，是大学新生入学教育主题班会应着力解决的问题。大学的思想政治教育专职辅导员应该把选题策划的出发点定在大学生的“目标确立”上，把实施方略的落脚点放在大学生的“规划制定”上，把目标与规划的结合点落在大学生的“全面发展”上。[著者文摘]

On the Scheme for Entrance Education At the Subject Class Meeting of Freshmen

Abstract:
The main problenas that the entrance education at the class meeting of freshmen focuses on are as follows： how to guide the students in adapting themselves, switching types of role, re- putting themselves in a proper place, deciding for themselves and self - disciplining, seeking for new methods merging into a new team, and making a new image. The full - time counselors of college ideological and political work should focus the aim of topic design on ＂establishing a goal＂ of college students, focus the goal of strategy enforcement on ＂making a plan＂ of college students, and place the link of goal and plan on the all- round development of college students.[著者文摘]
