流动注射化学发光法测定注射液和人体血清中的酚妥拉明

摘 要:
采用流动注射化学发光法测定甲磺酸酚妥拉明的含量,得出:KMnO4在酸性介质中直接氧化酚妥拉明产生化学发光,相对发光强度与酚妥拉明的浓度在5~1000μg/L范围内呈线性关系,其中r≥0.9993,最低检出限为0.82μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.4%(n=11).该方法简单、快速、准确,具有较高的灵敏度和较宽的线性范围,已成功应用于注射液和血清样中酚妥拉明的测定.[著者文摘]

Determination of phentolamine in pharmaceutical injection and human plasma samples by flow injection chemiluminescence detection

Abstract:
A simple, rapid and sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of phentolamine mesylate. The chemiluninescence was produced by the oxidation reaction between KMnO4 and phenolamine in acidic medium. The effects of various parameters, such as KMnO4 concentration, medium conditions and transfer speed of reaction solutions were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the calibration curve for phentolamine was established in the concentration range of 5~1 000μg/L and the detection limit was 0.82 μg/L while the correlation coefficients of the calibration curve for the ana- lytes were more than 0.999 3. Moreover, the optimized chemiluminescence method was employed to analyze phentolamine in pharmaceutical injection and human plasma samples. The results were satisfying.[著者文摘]
