建国40年间（1949-1988）海南岛自然灾害发生特点及其抗救措施

摘 要:
通过对历史事件的综合整理分析，探讨了建国40年间海南岛各类自然灾害的群发性、发生时间不平衡、地域广泛和灾情严重等特点．另外还综合整理了海南人民为抗救自然灾害，采取的一系列相关措施，如兴修水利、植树造林、赈济物资、组织生产自救、提供农贷和提倡节约等：以期达抛砖引玉之功效．[著者文摘]

Abstract:
During the 40 years （1949-1988） since the founding of P.R.China,all kinds of natural disasters in Hainan have been characterized by group occurrence, imbalaneed time distribution and the severity of disasters. To provide against natural disasters, Hainan has taken a series of effective measures ,such as building irrigation works ,afforesting, providing reief commodities, organizing self-saving production,supplying agricultural loans and advocating economy and so on. A probe into the occurrence characteristics of and measures against natural disasters in Hainan during that period has some practical significance.[著者文摘]
