摘 要:
采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,以干玉米秸为粗料,精料补充料相同,配制精料水平分别为35%、45%、55%、65%的4种饲粮。研究不同精料水平日粮对4头21月龄、体重300 kg左右、安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的杂交阉公牛瘤胃内环境参数的影响。结果表明:试牛瘤胃液平均pH值在6.46~6.84范围内变动。随着精料水平的提高,平均pH值降低,65%精料组与其他各组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。瘤胃液平均NH3-N浓度随精料水平的提高而增大,且35%精料组与65%精料组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。瘤胃内乙酸和丙酸的摩尔浓度高峰值随着精料水平的提高,有延迟的趋势,但平均值随精料水平的提高而增加,且丙酸摩尔浓度平均值在35%精料组与65%精料组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。乙酸与丙酸的摩尔浓度比随精料水平的提高而下降,且35%精料组与65%精料组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。[著者文摘]

Effect of Different Concentrate Levels on the Ruminal Environmental Parameters for Crossbred Beef

Abstract:
Four 21 months old (average 300 kg weighed) crossbred Simmental steers fitted with permanent rumen fistulas were used in this experiment. They were fed on diets containing concentrates 35%, 45%, 55%, 65% ,respectively. 4×4 Latin Square design was used to study the effect of different concentrate levels on the ruminal environmental parameters for crossbred beef. The results showed that the pH values of rumen fluid decreased with increasing concentrate levels, and there were significant difference between the group fed on 65% concentrate and the others(P〈0.05). NHa-N concentration increased with increasing concentrate levels(P〈0.05). Postprandial peak of acetate and propionate postponed with increase concentrate levels, and acetate concentration and propionate concentration increased with increasing concentrate levels. The acetate/propionate decreased with increasing concentrate levels(P〈0.05)[著者文摘]
